Our terms and conditions are as follows: 

we respect the trade and we respect the people. We also respect the right to remove anyone from our community or membership base or change membership status that I deem disrespectful.  This is my right as the owner of The Actor's Advantage LLC.  If you do not agree, do not join the community, register or pre-register. Just leave the website. If you join, and later do not agree, don't complain, just drop out. No hard feels.  Or drop us a note and let us know how you think we can improve.  We work everyday to better ourselves and help those around us.  

Privacy Policy:

We will do everything we can to protect your data and comply to the best of our ability the appicable laws of California and the United States. We are human, and we do work with 3rd Party providers like MailChimp, our email platform, built by humans, as well as other providers. Humans make mistakes, but we will follow proper security protocol to protect all we can and secure all data.

We will be adding more legal jargon like you can't sue us, and any disputes will be settled in arbitration, but in a nutshell, the above stands.
